Summary
The work of the strategy, research, innovation & improvement directorate primarily focuses on the delivery of the Trust’s third strategic goal – ‘to build learning, improvement and innovation into everything we do’. The directorate sub-functions include improvement, innovation, strategy & partnerships , sustainability, population health & equity and life sciences. The sub-functions lead on the development & delivery of key strategic programmes through practical implementation and use of improvement method, capability building and developing partnerships across the specific subject areas which are increasingly prioritised in the national context.
We are seeking a dynamic Strategy, Partnerships & Innovation Programme Manager to support our Executive Director, Prof Bob Klaber, in delivering our ambitious objectives. This role is pivotal in coordinating and implementing our organisational strategy, fostering innovation, and building and managing key partnerships that make a real difference to our patients and communities. This role requires regular time in the office (~50%) and cannot be fully remote. We are supportive of flexible working arrangements but are not able to consider anything less than 0.8WTE.
Interviews will be held on Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th July (virtually).Some candidates may progress to a 2nd interview on Monday 21st July (in person at St Mary's Hospital).
