• Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to deliver support plans
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience among pupils with SEMH
• Monitoring progress and feeding back on interventions and strategies
• Assisting with sensory regulation and classroom inclusion
Ideal Psychology Assistant For this Westminster School:
• Graduate with an excellent academic record (2:1 or above preferred)
• A passion for SEND and commitment to inclusive education
• Experience with autism, SEMH or complex needs (voluntary or paid) beneficial
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
