Salary : £27.80ph, plus bonus
Hours: Full time 7am-7pm 3-4 days a week to include alternate weekends
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead to join our team!. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in managing the nursing and care home operations.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality care in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and enhance resident care plans and ensure personalized care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance and improve service quality.
- Manage staffing levels and rota planning to ensure adequate coverage.
- Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing or care home setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team effectively.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
