As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work alongside class teachers to support pupils’ learning and development

  
  

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to help children reach their full potential

  
  

• Help create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment

  
  

• Support children with a range of needs, encouraging confidence and progress every day

  
  
  What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting

    
    

  • A passion for helping young people grow and succeed

    
    

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    
    

  • A calm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

    
    

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or similar) – desirable but not essential
