Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for an exciting new challenge? Join our dynamic team where no two days are the same! Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a variety of clients and industries.
Job Purpose:
As a Production Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for the service, maintenance, and repairs on Chassis Carriers, Door Carriers, Roller Beds, C-Hangers, Paint Dollies, White Hangers, and various internal and external fluid deliveries.
You will:
-Deliver top-notch service to our clients.
-Answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
-Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
-Maintain logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
We are looking for individuals with:
-Experience:
-Experience in Maintenance / Facilities Management is preferred but not necessary.
-Qualifications:
-Relevant qualifications, such as C&G Level 2, are beneficial but not required.
-A passion for gaining hands-on experience in PPM, mechanical engineering, Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
-Skills:
-Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights.
-Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
-A high level of self-motivation and a solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Requirements:
-Full Driving Licence.
-FLT Licence preferred but not necessary.
