Summary
Previous fellows have completed MD theses, although this is not compulsory and depends on the wishes of the individual. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in endoscopy audits, teaching, training and endoscopy courses. A willingness to be involved in training and supervision of junior medical staff is essential as is a flexible attitude to the changing needs of the service.
