Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker/Specialist Social Worker to join our Court Team (BR13). Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of families and children involved in court proceedings.
Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each family.
Provide expert testimony in court and represent the social work perspective effectively.
Collaborate with legal, healthcare, and community team members to ensure coordinated support for families.
Monitor and review progress of cases and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by legislation and organizational policies.
Advocate for the best interests of children and families within the court system.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in social work, with significant experience in court-related cases.
Extensive knowledge of child protection legislation and court procedures.
Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate clear, concise reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear testimony in court.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Pay Per Hour: £27.82
