Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Holiday Club Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children aged 4-11. You would be working from Monday to Friday, 8.30pm-5.30pm during school holidays.
Your role involves planing fun outings, engage in activities and ensure a fun and safe environment. We need someone who’s a team player, creative, and happy to get stuck in with the messy.
As a Play Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to play and learn. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for childcare and enjoy working with children.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collecting children from adjacent school
- Manage and supervise children
- Plan and organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Assist with meal times and promote healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Provide support and guidance to children as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in childcare or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage groups of children
- Familiarity with nursery rhymes, songs, and storytelling techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with children of various ages
