Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, inspiring, dedicated, and outstanding Practitioner to join our wonderful hardworking team.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to use their skills and experience to continue to raise standards in a diverse school that is committed to inclusion for all. Working in partnerships with the existing SENCo and members of the SLT, you will have responsibility for delivering effective lessons and interventions tailored to the pupils individual needs, within the SEND provision bases in school.You will possess a proven track record of effectively raising attainments and effective SEN practice. You will play an important role in the continuing development and success of our school.
Are you…Working towards your QTS Someone who is passionate about special needs and inclusion and has high expectations for all children
Someone who understands the SEND and SEN code of practice
Ability to plan and implement an ambitious, personalised curriculum for groups of pupils to re-engage them in learning.
Supporting individual learning pathways in response to SEND (SEMH, CCI & ASD)
Effectively implement tracking and assessment processes to monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and its impact on pupil progress.
A practitioner who can develop an inspiring and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
Someone who can take responsibility for reporting pupil progress to parents and agencies, through home reports and SEN repost/plans
Able to set targets (academic and SEND), review and report on progress for all pupils
Resilient, energetic and determined to make a difference
Someone who contributes and thrives in a busy team environment
