This school is looking to welcome a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to their team – a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact from day one.

    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN needs


    • Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional/social challenges


    • Collaborate with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored learning strategies


    • Help build students’ confidence, independence, and emotional resilience


    • Engage in school-wide initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and positive behaviour


    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development


      What We’re Looking For:
      • A 2:1 degree or above – preferably in Psychology, Education, or a related subject


      • A sincere interest in inclusive education and special needs support


      • Excellent communication, patience, and relationship-building skills


      • Some experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid)


      • A long-term interest in roles such as teaching, educational psychology, or child mental health
