Summary

Lindum Group is a family run business operating as a successful construction company since 1956. We provide a range of construction services from new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects to construction-related services such as plant hire, security, roofing, and waste recycling. We currently have over 620 direct employees on our sites, in our workshops and company offices in Lincoln, Peterborough and York.

Reporting to our Director of Group Health, safety and Environment, we are currently recruiting for an Accreditation Co-ordinator to join our Lincoln based team. The role provides a key admin support and accreditation function across all aspects of the business which will also see you working closely with our Bids team.

A drivers licence is required as there may be a requirement for site visits. Previous internal audit experience within quality or H&S is highly desirable as is a working knowledge of accreditations such as Achilles, Construction Line, CHAS, Safe Contractor or ISO9001

Duties will include:

Management of the annual Lindum Group accreditation process including the review and updating of documentation.
Maintain effective internal and external communications with organisations to coordinate their accreditation registrations.
To be the Accreditation point of contact
Lead on the accreditation processes, running and resourcing of the annual accreditation
panel.
Maintain effective communication with virtual team – includes clinical associates and flag areas of concern to the Director of Group Health, Safety and Environment
Supporting others in the team with planned externally directed emails to ensure accreditation numbers are achieved year on year.
Proficient in using Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel, TEAMS and ZOOM for communication.
Manage electronic data and email communication on a regular basis.
Accountable for quality assurance of your own project and programme provision within
work area(s).
Project Management of specific projects, working within the team ensuring efficient follow up and tracking of progress against planned actions.
Contribute to the development of audits and evaluation reports.
Ensure internal communications, documentation, letters and emails are professional and efficient and the databases and the intranet are kept in an organised and efficient way.
Linking with all members of the team ensuring collaborative teamworking, including regular feedback and updating at team meetings.

Tracking progress against accreditation milestones, preparing reports on accreditation trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

Working hours for this role can be flexible but need to be a minimum of 30 hours per week.
