Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher: Person Specification
• Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher – Ideal candidate will have achieved 2:1 or higher in a Maths related degree OR hold a strong A-Level in Maths (A or A*)
• Some experience working with young people in any capacity is desirable but not essential
• An open nature, enthusiastic personality, and a positive, can-do attitude towards learning
• The ideal Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher for this post will bring their passion for problem-solving, logical thinking, and mathematical exploration to engage and empower KS3 to KS5 pupils

As a Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will:

• Plan and teach lessons on a partial timetable whilst you also learn the practice of what makes an exceptional teacher
• Build meaningful relationships with students that will positively influence their school experience
• Be present in lessons to aid learning outcomes set by the teacher
• Enjoy the opportunity to apply your creativity and mathematical passion in engaging lessons that develop learners’ problem-solving skills and numerical confidence

This Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher role is full-time. You will follow the school week, working Monday-Friday; 8:30am to 4:00pm daily during term-time.
