Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:

• Salary: £25,480 (increasing to £26,208 upon successful 3-month probation)
• 8.30AM - 5.15PM, Monday - Friday
• 21 days holiday + christmas shutdown + bank holidays
• Quarterly bonuses

What will you be doing as the Customer Service Administrator?

• Processing orders that come through via the website.
• Send confirmation emails to confirm orders.
• Handle customer queries.
• Making suggestions for alternative products if items are out of stock.

What do you need in order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role?

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills.
