Summary
1. Oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth customer service and sales activities;
2. Monitor inventory levels, approve orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability;
3. Train, schedule, and manage team performance to meet sales targets and ensure excellent store standards;
4. Handle cash flow, review sales reports, and support budget control to maximise profitability;
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and tobacco sales regulations, and enforce store policies at all times.
