It starts with you.
As a Marketing Analyst at Nuffield Health, you will play a pivotal role in leading the tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance to drive strategic planning and business growth. You will take ownership of developing actionable insights and driving data-led decision-making across the marketing function. Working collaboratively with external agencies and internal teams, you will define key performance metrics, interrogate campaign data, and lead initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will:
-
Lead the monitoring and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring clear performance targets are set, tracked, and optimised to meet business objectives.
-
Drive the development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
-
Create and maintain accessible, dynamic dashboards that allow cross-functional teams to easily track campaign performance in real-time.
-
Ensure alignment of all data sources and definitions to establish a single, consistent view of marketing performance.
-
Provide proactive insight and strategic recommendations to marketing managers, enabling them to optimise campaigns and embed learnings in future activity.
-
Stay ahead of regulatory developments that may impact data collection, tracking methodologies, and performance measurement.
-
Champion a culture of continuous improvement through data, testing, and performance analysis.
To succeed as a Marketing Analyst, we're looking for:
-
Proven experience using analytics to lead and influence strategic marketing decisions.
-
A solid understanding of a broad range of marketing channels, particularly online media (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, display, paid search, social media, and associated technologies).
-
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
-
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling insights for diverse stakeholders.
-
A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to work independently to drive actionable change.
-
A passion for using data to uncover trends, improve performance, and inform future strategy.
-
Strong numeracy skills and a clear focus on KPIs, measurement frameworks, and campaign impact.
In this role, you will be a key driver of marketing effectiveness, ensuring that all activities are tested, measured, and continuously optimised to support business growth through clear, data-backed insight.
