Are you an enthusiastic and energetic Care Coordinator with hands-on experience in domiciliary care? Do you want to make a real impact in your community and in social care while developing your career? Are you looking to become the admin and Secretarial role behind the business? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our field teams and the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR Support (20% of role): Collaborate with the Care Manager on care workers' supervisions, spot checks, and one-to-one meetings to nurture their team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are not just looking for anyone who can schedule at a desk; we want someone dynamic who thrives in a varied role and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support and nurture care workers. You'll be present in the office most days, but expect to be out in the field, engaging with the team and community.

Key Criteria:

  • Mandatory:

    • Own car and full UK driving licence
    • Care Coordinator experience within domiciliary care
    • Care worker experience
  • Preferable:

    • Experience working for a corporate care business
    • Desire for development and progression within the industry

Why Join?
Our client values individuals who are open to continuous change, enthusiastic about their role, and committed to commercial thinking. You'll have the opportunity to grow and candidates interested in setting up a development roadmap to Care Manager or Registered Manager are especially encouraged to apply!

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • On-call payment options
  • Potential funding for NVQ Level 3/5 after a successful probation period (3 months)
  • A supportive and engaging work environment
