Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic Temporary Staffing Services (TSS) team at University Hospitals Dorset.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every aspect of our administration and compliance processes are meticulously managed. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the high standards required for our temporary workforce, ensuring that our services run smoothly and effectively.

Base Location: Yeoman's House/Royal Bournemouth Hospital

As the TSS Compliance administrator, your ability to swiftly and accurately manage administrative, onboarding and compliance processes will be key to maintaining our staffing standards.

You will be part of a team responsible for the onboarding and verification of requirements for all bank and agency workers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for onboarding and compliance of bank and agency workers, ensuring all requirements are met to the highest standard.
• First point of contact for queries from various stake holders, escalating as appropriate.
• Support the monitoring of systems in maintaining up to date and compliant records including all statutory and mandatory training, professional registrations, DBS checks, and right-to-work documentation.
