We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join The Learning Shop (Bluewater) as our Centre Administrator, a vital role as part of North Kent College.Do you have a knack for administration, partnership collaboration, and stakeholder management? We’re seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join our award-winning team in a key role who will be responsible for implementing smooth day-to-day operations.Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Centre Administrator will operate as the essential link between staff, learners, and partners within The Learning Shop and North Kent College. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to provide efficient administrative support to staff, learners, and external stakeholders. You’ll manage course enquiries, enrolments, staff and room diaries, and maintain financial records. This hands-on role includes reception duties, centre housekeeping, equipment and room bookings, and supporting marketing and communications. You’ll also assist with scheduling, emergency procedures, and collaborate closely with the recruitment team to keep everything running efficiently.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to foster positive, productive relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.The Role:Where you’ll work: This role is based at The Learning Shop inside Bluewater, however the nature of the work will require travel offsite as required.Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).Your pay: £23,557 per annum The College:North Kent College (including Hadlow College) is proudly rated as an Ofsted ‘Good’ provider, with ‘Outstanding’ learner behaviours and attitudes (April 2024).
