Summary
We are seeking an Education Lead to oversee the operational management of our alternative education programme in Bristol. This role involves leadership of the branch team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of our main educational programme. In the role of Education Lead in Bristol, you will oversee the alternative education programme, leading a team to effectively and safely engage with and support young people. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will manage all safeguarding matters, ensuring compliance and communications. Your role involves vital external communication, maintaining regular contact with schools, professionals, agencies, and parents, along with addressing any queries about the programme. You will be responsible for monitoring the branch's performance, addressing any issues promptly. You will have a focus on student admissions and placements, including overseeing the enquiries, admissions, and placement processes, as well as managing the student information systems. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to impacting young people’s lives positively.Pay is awarded on a tiered system starting at £38,000 (£43,190 Full-Time Equivalent).
