The Role
As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and presentation of outdoor spaces. Your expertise in plant care, turf maintenance, and seasonal work will help create and maintain stunning landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Mow lawns and maintain turf to required standards.
- Care for shrubs, herbaceous borders, and seasonal bedding.
- Manage weed control and plant health.
- Maintain gravel paths, hedges, and tree bases.
- Ensure water features such as ponds and waterfalls are well-kept.
- Preserve woodlands and assist with site cleanliness.
- Support general garden maintenance, including fruit trees and decorative plants.
- Complete any additional tasks as requested by management.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional with:
- Experience in garden maintenance (Essential).
- PA1/PA6 spraying certification (Desirable).
- Chainsaw maintenance and crosscutting certification (Desirable).
- Gardening qualification (Desirable).
- Strong knowledge of plants and seasonal care (Desirable).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
