Summary
Project Scope and Definition: Leading the setting of operational, technical, and strategic objectives, and managing delivery of work packages. Project Management: Directing and motivating the project team, managing production of required products, and ensuring overall progress and resource use. Research and Evaluation: Researching current practices and policies, and evaluating project scope. Strategy Development: Impacting policy implementation and design for NHS Wales within the project remit. Financial Planning: Managing large national budgets, developing business cases, and ensuring benefits realization. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks.
