Summary

The Clinical Quality Practitioner (HV) will support in the delivery of projects within the 0-19 services with focus on the 0-5 years. To be actively involved in clinical audits and supporting the head of function/professional lead/service managers/team leaders and team members. Responsible for delivering front line health and social care service in accordance with national legislation, regulation and guidance. Responsible for delivering of re-designed front line services in line with the Transformation Programme and implementing associates policies and procedures. Propose policy and service changes as required. Participate in policy development and implementation. Responsible for maintaining team systems to record, collate and share management information as required by senior managers and other stakeholders.
