Summary
About the role
As a Workflow Coordinator, your specific responsibilities will involve a wide range of tasks. To thrive in this role, you will need to:
- Manage critical P1 jobs to ensure they receive timely attention from technicians or contractors, or prioritised to lower priority
- Work with contractors to maintain their monthly PPM schedule, highlighting risks before they fall behind
- Review PPM reporting and certification for completeness, advancing as necessary
- Collate compliance failures, chase remedial works, and report back to MM weekly for approval
- Collaborate with internal and external teams weekly to address the oldest jobs and close outstanding work orders
- Review estimates daily, ensuring appropriate notes are added if not approved
- Review Risk and Method Statements issued by contractors
- Issue PTW and ATW to contractors as necessary
- Manage your time and resources effectively, improving efficiency
- Act with integrity and authenticity, building credibility by delivering on promises
- Live our values, treat others respectfully, and contribute to a great workplace
- Work with the team in TBS to minimise work order duplication

- Experience working with Verisae
- Process improvement
- Communications experience
- Conflict resolution
- Intermediate IT skills
- Contractor management
- Understanding of CDM regulations
- Issuing of access permits and permits to work
- Broad knowledge of good maintenance practices.
