Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the database.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Prepare reports on customer service metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer service policies and procedures.
Support colleagues by providing guidance and training on customer service best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations in customer interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.86
