We have an amazing opportunity to make a difference by joining our Award Winning family run home care agency 'Quality Life UK'. We specialise in offering bespoke and extremely person centred Live – In, Block Hour Day Care and Night Care.
We have a wonderful, lively, and exciting office management team and we’re looking for someone to come and join us and make a real difference. Ideally this role would suit a current Care Support Assistant wanting to make that step up into management and grow with the business in a supportive and very personal business.
Job description:
Location: Kegworth (village in between Loughborough and Derby) DE74 2ED
Salary: £ 23,809 Full time per annum.
Hours: Office hours are8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday and applications are welcome from those looking for full or part time hours.
Duties:
· Organise and implement all online training for current and new staff
· Managing training records
· Supporting staff with all training requirements
· Carrying out training supervisions with staff
· Visiting client houses and assessing staff competences
· Supporting with staff inductions and onboarding
· To support clients when sickness and emergency cover if needed
Candidate Qualities
· Extremely organised
· Excellent telephone manner
· Good communication skills
· Basic IT skills
· To be self-motivated
· Ability to work under pressure
· Hard working, reliable, dependable, committed
· A passion for caring for others
· Must be a driver
