The Role

Are you an experienced Service Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time?

Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs.
• Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
• To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
• Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
• Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed
• Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

What We’re Looking For

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
• A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills
• A full driving license
