Summary

We are looking for a team player used to working in busy environments with a wealth of experience in contract catering which has included hospitality. You must be client focused with strong financial acumen. You will have great attention to detail and a creative outlook. We will be looking for you to be an operations support manager working across a mix of contracts and clients.

Location of sites: Oxford, Leamington Spa, Redditch, Gloucester, Malvern, Manchester, Chester, Sheffield

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience with mileage covered and amazing benefits

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing health/safety at sites
  • Ensuring costs control measures are implemented at all sites
  • Deputising in client review meetings if required
  • Relief management at sites for holiday and sickness - this is not the main role but will be needed from time to time.
  • Developing fantastic relationships with our clients, managers and staff onsite

Our Ideal Candidate:

Looking a someone ready to take the next step in their Operations Management career. This person must be craft trained and passionate about food, presentation and style. The role will involve training current unit staff to ensure we are delivering the best culinary offer whilst also maintaining positive gross profit.
