Summary
We are a well-established law firm in the heart of Deal, proudly serving the East Kent community for over 200 years. We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support our busy legal team.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing office facilities, suppliers, and IT systems
• Manage payroll, bills, and firm accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Supporting compliance with SRA regulations and trust account rules
• Oversee firm marketing activities, including website updates and local advertising.
• Maintaining case management and financial systems (LEAP, Xero, Microsoft Office)
Experience as an Office or Practice Manager in a legal or professional setting with a knowledge of SRA rules and client account handling preferred
Strong organisation and communication skills & confident in managing systems, suppliers, and people
