Summary

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership Manage a small reception and cleaning team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. Clinic Operations Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery. Reception & Customer Service Handle enquiries, welcome visitors, and support clients in a professional and friendly manner. Stock & Facilities Management Monitor and replenish clinic supplies, manage utilities, and coordinate cleaning schedules. Financial Administration Support financial reconciliation and administrative tasks in line with company policies. Regulatory Compliance Assist with CQC preparation, policy updates, and record maintenance under clinical guidance. Marketing & Promotion Manage social media and content creation to promote clinic services. Keyholder Responsibilities Ensure the building is securely opened and closed each day. Clinic & Office Management Ensure the smooth and secure operation of the Bolton office, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and partners. Client Engagement & Enquiries Handle all communication channels (phone, email, website, social media, and in-person), providing accurate information on Laserase and ABL Health services. Appointment Coordination Oversee and support the booking of appointments, ensuring staff availability and efficient service delivery. Team Leadership Manage reception and clinic staff, including rota planning, holiday & sickness cover, stock control, meetings, and performance oversight. Financial Administration Handle clinic payments, petty cash, banking, and company credit card reconciliation in line with policies. Compliance & Safety Maintain clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety records, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Marketing & Client Engagement Update the Laserase website, enhance service accessibility, and optimize enquiry-to-consultation conversions. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing Laserases social media presence across all platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This includes creating engaging content, scheduling regular posts, responding to comments and messages, and helping to grow and maintain an active online community. You will play a key role in promoting the clinics services, sharing updates and campaigns, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent and professional across all digital channels. Experience with social media tools and a creative approach to digital engagement would be highly beneficial.
