We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Operator to join our client in Irvine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
About the Role:
As a QA Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for sampling and testing incoming goods and in-process materials, while supporting quality systems and continuous improvement efforts within the lab and production areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sampling and testing of incoming and in-process materials

Record and label all sampled goods accurately

Verify supplier Certificates of Conformity

Identify and report non-conformance's
-
Perform end-of-line quality inspections
-
Carry out daily calibration checks
-
Support the handling and evaluation of seal samples

Assist with general laboratory duties
What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow standard procedures and document findings precisely

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in a QA, lab, or manufacturing setting is an advantage

Support our Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives

Be flexible and willing to support other departments as needed
