Job Description
A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. Building upon the strong community links and community ethos The Weston strives for which is an important part of our DNA
They are responsible for planning menus, managing inventory, training staff, and adhering to health and safety regulations, while also providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Managing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant and pub.
Menu Development: Creating and updating menus to reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences with our head chef.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising our Weston Family ensuring they continue to provide the excellent service we are known for
Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Cost Control: Analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and food regulations.
Customer Service: Addressing our guests concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Marketing: Assisting with marketing events and promotions.
Event Management: Coordinating food and beverage services for special events and banquets and outside catering.
Forecasting and Planning: Predicting demand, planning orders, and ensuring sufficient inventory and staffing levels.
