Summary
Your new role
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide variance analysis and commentary to senior management.
- Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Maintain and develop financial models to support business planning.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial drivers and performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Assist with year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a management accounting or financial accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
