Summary
Machine Operator – Doncaster – Manufacturing and Assembly - £14 per hour rising – Days only
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our clients growing team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for Machine operating, Assembling, Interpreting Technical Drawings and quality inspecting of end product. You will also be working in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment and contributing to the efficient operation of the factory and warehouse teams. Ongoing training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Setting ,Operating and maintaining various CNC machinery .
Assembling raw materials and parts on the shop floor
Quality inspecting and final inspection of the completed parts
Pack and load materials into machines
Monitor the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
At least 12 months previous experience working in a similar factory environment is required
Working in a fast-paced environment and working to achieve targets
Familiarity with factory and warehouse operations.
Ability to operate and maintain the machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Working Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 15.45pm & Friday 7.00am – 12.30
