You will help support our Housing Transformation Programme to deliver a refreshed strategic platform, involve tenants and ensure services are what residents want now and in the future. As an advocate for progression and developing new ways of working you will support Officers and Members to embrace change within the Housing Service.
This role will be essential in influencing service design and driving the agenda for delivering an effective and efficient service.
Do you have a can-do attitude and a methodical mind when it comes to tasks?
We are looking for someone who has had previous experience of managing change, transformation and improvement. You will be helping promote change to improve initiatives across the service so being proactive and highly self-motivated is key!
What will you need:
• Experience of managing change, transformation, and improvement.
• Strong project planning and work organisation skills.
• Project management qualification or relevant equivalent experience.
• Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
