Salary: A strong basic (+ bonus) and clear path for progression
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00) + c. 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 – 13:00)

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-regarded Bicester estate agent to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious property professional who is genuinely driven by excellence and ready to take the next step in their estate agency career. As Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for conducting valuations, negotiating offers and overseeing the full sales journey, while ensuring every client receives exceptional, tailored service.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in showcasing high-quality marketing, outstanding customer care, and is committed to supporting and developing their team around them. • Full UK driving licence, with own car
• Proven experience within estate agency sales
• Confident in conducting property valuations and winning instructions, or certainly foundations with a strong desire to learn
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
• Ambitious and keen to build a long-term property career
• Strong communicator, highly organised and detail-focused
• Willing to contribute to the growth and development of the team
