As a Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery — overseeing everything from procurement and risk management to financial reporting and stakeholder engagement. You’ll guide your commercial team through every phase of a project, ensuring both commercial success and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead all commercial and financial aspects of your project(s)

  • Drive the development and performance of your commercial team

  • Manage contracts, tendering, procurement, and supply chain relationships

  • Deliver accurate monthly commercial reports and cost value reconciliations

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage commercial risk and resolve disputes

  • Champion governance and best practice across the commercial function

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, value engineering and digital integration

Who we're looking for

Who We're Looking For

You're aYou’ll need: proven Commercial Manager with experience leading teams and delivering results in the construction sector. You're someone who can balance the bigger picture with the detail, and lead with energy, edge, and empathy.

  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)

  • Chartered membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB

  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

  • A track record of managing risk, opportunity, and commercial strategy

  • A desire to develop people and shape the next generation of commercial professionals
