What You’ll Do:
- Design and lead fun, impactful learning experiences for children aged 0-4
- Support individual development, especially for those with additional needs
- Foster secure, nurturing relationships with children and their families
- Keep the nursery atmosphere joyful, safe, and engaging every day
- Collaborate on the smooth operation of your room and the wider nursery
Who You Are:
- Qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years Education
- Someone passionate about working with young children
- Kind, energetic, and naturally nurturing where children feel safe and happy around you
- Confident in following safeguarding protocols and promoting best practice
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to learn in a fast-growing, supportive environment
- Keen to grow, open to training, leadership opportunities, and professional development
