We have a permanent vacancy to join our team at Dunfermline Library - cleaning areas as required.

Cleaner - working 4 hours per week every second weekend - Saturday 8:00am to 10:00am and Sunday 10:00am to 12:00 noon on a permanent 52-week contract.

Enhancements are paid for weekend working.

You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.67 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
Pay is every 4 weeks.

This work is about ensuring staff and visitors can return to a clean and safe environment every day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.

Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a team.

You will be required to attend an induction training day before starting in post.
