Join one of London's premier FM Service Providers as a Lead Maintenance Engineer, managing a portfolio of six high-end corporate office buildings in the heart of the city.
This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee all aspects of hard services delivery, managing a team of 4-6 skilled engineers, and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Offer:

The Role:

Manage planned and reactive maintenance across six corporate office sites

Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team
-
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies

Support project delivery and small works as needed
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in building services (electrical or mechanical bias)

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Excellent client-facing skills

Sound knowledge of compliance, H&S, and FM best practices
