Summary
Hays recruitment are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for our client based in Essex. This is a full-time permanent position starting asap.
Shift
4 on 4 off
18:00 - 06:00
£30,000 per year
Duties:
* Dealing with multiple drivers.
* Communicating with ports.
* Booking delivery slots for entry into ports.
* Communicating with drivers to make sure that they are on time.
* Liaising with customers on possible delays.
* Using TOPS for inputting drivers' start and finish times
Looking for:
* Clear communication skills.
* Experience as a Transport Operator previously.
* Geographical knowledge of the UK.
* Quick at problem-solving.
* Full driving licence.
