Behaviour Mentor – Help Young People Glow and Grow

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential? Do you thrive on making a real difference in students’ lives—especially those who need extra support? We’re seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a forward-thinking and nurturing educational environment where every child is encouraged to glow and grow.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting them through structured pathways such as Engaging with Learning and Glow to GCSE. You’ll play a vital role in developing positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and personal growth—both in and beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with behavioural needs to fully access learning

  
  

• Working alongside teaching and pastoral teams to deliver meaningful interventions

  
  

• Helping deliver PSHE and Life Skills sessions that support students’ social and emotional development

  
  

• Encouraging participation in the Glow Up Enrichment Programme to build confidence and life skills

  
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting

    
    

  • A calm, empathetic and consistent approach to behaviour management

    
    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    
    

  • A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed
