Key Responsibilities: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group academic support to Year 9 pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
• Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver differentiated learning activities in class.
• Track and encourage individual student progress, offering both academic and emotional support.
• Assist learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them grow in confidence and reach their full potential.
Candidate Requirements: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree from a UK-based university (required).
• A genuine interest in education, child development, psychology, or youth support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is beneficial but not essential.
