Key Responsibilities - Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils in KS3 and KS4 maths lessons with 1:1 and small group work
• Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
• Help pupils develop core mathematical skills, problem-solving, and confidence
• Support students preparing for GCSE maths exams
• Encourage a positive attitude towards maths and learning
• Work with teachers to deliver targeted maths interventions
• Assist pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively

What We’re Looking For - Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant

• A recent graduate with at least a 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Passionate about helping pupils succeed in maths
• Previous experience supporting young people in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
• Interested in building a career in teaching or educational support roles
