Role as a Graduate Mentor
In this rewarding role, you’ll support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Working closely with experienced staff, you’ll help to motivate and guide students, particularly those who benefit from additional academic or pastoral support.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support across KS3 and KS4
• Assisting in planning and delivering tailored learning activities
• Supporting students with varying needs to achieve academic progress
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participating fully in staff development and whole-school activities

• A recent graduate with strong academic credentials (2:1 degree or above preferred)
