Essential Registered Nurse (Adult) or Paramedic with current NMC or HCPC registration Ongoing professional development relevant to a Band 5 role Confident in using structured approaches to assess, plan, and evaluate care Versatile clinical experience suitable for a community setting Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Committed to delivering needs-led, patient-centred care Desirable Confident in assessing, planning, and evaluating needs-led care Broad clinical experience suited to community healthcare Organised, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Aware of current NHS developments and priorities Keeps professional knowledge up to date Able to make sound decisions in a community setting Communicates effectively across diverse backgrounds Comfortable working with colleagues from various disciplines and agencies Adaptable and responsive in a complex, evolving environment Approachable, emotionally intelligent, and flexible in approach Other requirements Adaptable and responsive in a complex, evolving environment Willingness to work across different Trust areas as required.
