Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit an inspirational and enthusiastic Internal Alternative Provision Manager to oversee Reach College – our new on-site Alternative Provision for Roundhay pupils and those from external schools.

We are looking for a strong and confident communicator with high expectations of themselves and others, who will put the successful reintegration of young people at the centre of everything they do. The successful candidate will be willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure our pupils/students reach their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding candidate, who will be instrumental in helping us to shape and develop this new provision, ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of the pupils and supports their successful reintegration. This academic and pastoral role will involve managing placements, collaborating with external agencies, fostering positive behaviour, and supporting the social-emotional development of pupils using restorative and nurture principles.
