Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

If you would like to work in our ambitious mathematics department, you are an enthusiastic and effective Teacher of Mathematics, you are able to teach to Advanced level (KS5) and are looking to take on some leadership within the department then this is the post for you. Key Stage responsibility and other roles to be determined at interview. Required for September 2025.

Potential candidates may also wish to know that our admissions policy enables the school toprioritise the admission of children of staff recruited to posts in which there is a demonstrable skill shortage. This role is suitable for experienced teachers with some leadership experience or those who are keen to take on their first middle leadership role within the department.

What the school offers its staff

Ranelagh is an 11-18 coeducational, Church of England School which is oversubscribed and has anexcellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had five ‘outstanding’ OFSTED reports, with Grade 1 across all areas, but we are not complacent and assuch the provision for professional learning and development is something of which we are all very committed.
