What skills and experience we're looking for
Demonstrable levels of numeracy and literacy.
Experience of supporting children with a range of differing needs and abilities across the primary phase.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively handle changing circumstances and varied responsibilities.
Ability to work in close collaboration with a class teacher, following their lead.
Experience and ability to use own initiative to support children with their holistic needs.
Demonstrate patience and understanding, and a willingness to help and nurture all children.
Experience in multi-agency working.
Experience of working with children with SEND.
Good levels of competency in using ICT.
