Healthcare Assistant – Day or Night Shifts | £12.50 per Hour | Full-Time

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded care service, is looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants to join their team on either day or night shifts. Set within a stunning nursing home surrounded by landscaped gardens, this role offers the chance to provide meaningful care in a peaceful and supportive environment.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support older adults with a range of nursing and dementia care needs, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity and independence. Working as part of a friendly, inclusive team in a home rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is beneficial but not essential — full training is provided.
  • A caring, respectful, and patient nature is a must.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours on a consistent day or night shift rota.
  • A commitment to delivering inclusive, person-focused care to older adults.
