Summary
Supporting Transformation & Best Practice Provide expert guidance on improvement initiatives, benefits realisation, and embedding sustainable change across the organisation. Research & Continuous Improvement Conduct audits, surveys, and evidence reviews to inform transformation planning and ensure data-driven decision-making. Leadership & Staff Development Line manage and develop staff, supporting directorates in enhancing their project management expertise.
